You will become an all-rounder in our hotel and learn to master the daily challenges in the areas of reception, restaurant, housekeeping and administration. In addition to the organizational and practical skills, of course, the values of modern and forward-looking hospitality are also taught. The care of our national and international guests is of course always in the foreground.
Restaurant specialist
You will become a guest service specialist in your company. Here you will learn simple things like setting tables and table forms, but also planning and organizing parties and events.
Cook / Chef
Here you will become a master of detail, you will learn the professional handling of food, the preparation of starters, sophisticated fish and meat dishes, as well as vegetables and desserts. The preparation and planning of buffets and banquets are also part of the training.
